We are not liable for delivery delays caused by external embroidery vendors, fabric suppliers, or power outages. Such delays do not qualify for a full refund.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellations & Retention
Since items are custom-made, no full refunds are issued once production starts. If an order is canceled mid-process, a Retention Fee will be deducted to cover 100% of fabric, labor, and processing costs already incurred.
Sampling
A fee of Rs. 5,000 applies per sample. Any design changes made after the sample is approved will incur extra charges and extend the delivery timeline.
Pricing
Quoted prices are valid only for the specific design and quantity requested. Any changes to either will result in an immediate price revision.
Logistics
All transportation and courier costs for samples and final goods are the client's responsibility. Goods will be released only after the full balance is paid.
